Return to Gravity Pictures
Wow, what an awesome party that I'm so SO glad that I didn't miss. Originally we had 6 people going up and in the end only
Famously Unknown and I ended up going. I wasn't quite sure I wanted to make a 3 hour up, 3 hour back trip to Lancaster area for just 2 people, but as you'll see in the pictures was well worth it!
Unknown and I ended up arriving just after midnight only getting lost once on the way up at the end on the dirt road section, We thought the metal markers in the road were the markers we were looking for, when we found out it was orange safety ribbon being used for the markers. Once we figured that out we were able to follow the pretty lights shining on the rock wall and listen for the low pounding of the bass.
When we showed up we immediately bumped into
Badger and said hello. It seemed that he was on the hunt for a new mixer or extension cord. Apparently one of the mixers for one of the areas was toasted and not working. After spending some time trying to fix it finally
Jonathan Morning just decided to play music using one table and swap when it was done.
I bumped into a bunch of people but I remember
Boyscout,
Stogie, Sweet-pea, Hippie,
Faded, Ultra Violet,
Rava Flava, Familiar, Arro,
Danielle,
Trojan Man, Rolling Star, Fat Man, Fat Chick,
Rob Bass, Lucky Habbit,
Andrew Lee, Desire, Glitter, and
Princess Trooper!
*phew!*
The whole night was pretty amazing, I found myself floating around the party all over bouncing around taking pictures. The vibe was definitely awesome, everyone was having a good time, people were dancing, the music was bumping. It was all good!
When sunrise was about to happen, I don't remember who it was, but one guy was trying to get everyone to go on top of the big rock to watch the sunrise. Once the sun broke the horizon, I figured that with needing to get business done at home and already having a bomb ass time,
Unknown and I wished everyone farewell and drove home.
Mad props go out to Phatt Lizard for throwing not only their first, but one hell of an awesome party! Good job guys, look forward to your next party!
