Agreed!

At least it's pretty easy to delete their profiles then ban their domain. I just wish that it would delete their topics instead of leaving what you see above.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha, I wonder how many spammers will actually post to this thread. I'll leave this alone, lets see how many "DELETED" topics end up hitting this thread.

Agreed!

I was gone for the weekend and all of my boards are full of this shit. I wish there was an easier way...

ya hopefully that thing will let you crack down on these losers

i hate to ask, but do you still remember what happened at how sweet? lol

Well phpBB 3.0.x will put in a visual conformation that you'll have to type in whenever you post to be able to post. I'm sure that I'll be able to have permissions set where to have it active and not active but hopefully it will allieviate with some of the spam. It is a bummer for those that post here but until I have enough of a community base to be able to have several moderators, I'll have to do it that way.

Another thing that I will be able to set up to deter them will be to not allow them to enter a website during registration. Most spammers don't even use real e-mail addresses but still gain favor in search engines because they can spam their web pages that way. There are some more efficient bots that sign up a user, validate the user, and then post on the forums which you all see. There's a bunch more spam going on all you have to do is look under the member list each day and you'll see around 5 new people a day that link to other sites that are spam sites. I have to check my 3 forums every day just to keep them spam free. :(

As far as what do I remember from How Sweet, what exactly do you mean? Do you mean do I still remember the night enough to write a review, or do I remember the night period?

i'm sure you remember the night, lol we didnt go that overboard did we? hehe
But I also imagine details are a bit blurrier than the week after, you're reviews are always so detailed and extensive its awesome, i kno i will never forget this night, since i got to meet ATB and exchange a few words with him, and "Good for Me" will always remind me of that performance.
