Monster Massive...wow...craziness!

I've been to the LA Sports Arena before for Together As One 2005 / 2006 but I've never seen it as crazy packed as it was last night! Wow!

The night started off fun and exciting as we all waited in line to get into the party. Once inside there was already a big crowd in the Tomb of Doom. Sparrow, Flutterby, Noon, Famously Unknown, Sparkle, and I headed to the front entrance to meet up with Jokers Wild, and Amber so we didn't lose our party.

Ok, so I'm writing this review and other things (I multitask too much) and I copy some text which overwrites my watermark I add to my images. This causes it not to be able to past and it runs the program in the background opening all the remaining images that need to be watermarked. This is ok, just means I need to run the program again...

I did it again... /em bangs head into desk repeatedly

So not only did I lose all my work once...I did it twice.

While at the front gate we bumped into a bunch of other people, those who I remember were Genuine, Bubbles, Jellybean, SpongeBob, and Sin. From there I went out on the balcony to get an area shot, unfortunately I never made it back up to get another shot of the Tomb of Doom later, but...oh well.

Wondering around the party taking pictures I bounced into Banshee Prodigy, RPG, Liquid, Starburst, Little Squeakers, Pink Panther, Vision, Trojan Man, Riff, SnowFlake, Tracer, Captain 013, Bigg J, Ashley, Megan, and MaDMAn while waiting at the bottom of the escalators for the 4Ravers / RaveLinks / Delusionz / In House Family / whatever other groups that were meeting at 10:00 PM, but found that either the group pictures were taken quickly or not at all.

Eventually I went back to hang out with everyone in the VIP area. Once I got in I bumped into Faded, "Helllooooo Nurse!" , and Rave Dave. We chatted for a while and Faded kept trying to find her cell phone to make voice notes of what I was saying...crazy kids. Mowgli was also in the back along with Fat Pat, so I swung by and talked with them about upcoming events. Miss X-Mas and Boing were also chilling right next to the table where the rest of my crew were chilling but before I got to sit down and talk I was notified that two people outside the door wanted to see me. Who were these two people you ask, but none other then Swee-tee and Freckles! Weee!

After all the hugs and photo shoot Amber grabbed me and we went out to the dance floor to get down with our bad selves. Around 12:30 I bumped into Fuze and Glamur Kat on the dance floor. Eventually I made my way out to the vendor area when who did I magically bounce into but Gingerbread, Coyote, Lazy, and PLUR KittiE! To top it off Kebler showed up during all the fun with Sparkle!

When I was walking up the ramp to get to the second floor I got to bump into some my fabulously wonderful raver girls which I so love Breezey, Tails Baby, Dottie, along with Lifesaver and Paul. I have not seen Dottie since Reset 2006, and I have not seen Tails Baby or Breezey since Primal Trance 2.0! Way too long! I heard that Hollywood and Penny Lane were at Monster Massive too, but I didn't get to see them...boo!

Wondering around aimlessly as I do I bumped into Lightswitch, Bandit, Kaos, and Ashowee who looked like they were all having a really fun time. I then made my way into the room to take some crowd shots when I thought about the music that had been coming out of this room most of the night. Every artist that spun their set during the night did an amazingly awesome job. I don't remember hearing anything that I didn't like; it was pure unaltered entertainment and enjoyment for the ears!

On my way outside I ran into C@mel and took our usual photo shots. From there I ran into Monkey and SharkE and got to see her "Pretty pretty, shiny shiny!" Congratulations to both of you!

The whole night was entirely awesome and it was crazy seeing close to every seat being used on the second floor and having the entire dance floor, along with the vendor areas completely packed in with people. Everyone that I went with and hung out afterwards at Jokers Wild all sounded like they had a blast! Hope everyone else's night was filled with fun and excitement too!

Amazing Party! Love the Review, I'm glad I got to meet up with you, and part of my raver-fam [Megan & Ashley] I heard they had to spend some time baby sitting a raver-newbie friend of ours, lol. Unfortunately, I never saw them or you again later that day, =\ I wandered around checking out the floor, booths, vip, and stoppin for a drink and a smoke until Armin came on, I was basically right in front of him, maybe 3 rows back at most. We danced the entire set, [my favorite set of the night] and were so exhausted we had to head to vip for refreshments, it turns out the vip area to the right of the stage was at capacity and everyone was turned away at the door, so we headed to the other side of the stadium, there was more room, but the bar was crowded worse than at the vip room. I finally got our drinks and we chilled on the stairs, had our drinks and a smoke. I tried to txt some people to meet up with, but it was extremely hard with the lack of service and delayed txts due to service. I was finally able to get a txt from my close friend and co-worker and we actually found him, haha. He had been looking for me for quite a while and he was glad we could meet up. We talked and wandered a bit and him and his girl joined my friends and we went upstairs, we got our seats just in time for the PvD set. I really loved his set too, after he only got to spin for about 30 mins at TAO. Afterwards I said bye to everyone i was with and went to chill with the friend i met up with before PvD. The Arena was packed, I never seen it that crazy either, and the seats were almost just as full. The After Party at our mutual friends pad was also very chill, I got almost no sleep, but I passed out super early on Sunday, haha

So i got to MM at around 11, lost everyone i was with at the door, wanderd aimlessly for about 1 hour looking for people (where were all of you hiding?). I went back to the door to chill and see if i knew anyopne comming in, were i ran into jenya and pink panther, we talked for a bit then i saw my friend megan. after they all left i sat at the door for about another 20 minutes tell i made friends with a raver named violet, we kicked it at the door then around 1 we left the entrance and headed to the drum and bass section to chill and kick it. I had a light show givin by scorpian from mortal combat (common.... how cool is that, he had full costume too). meet lots of people in the drum and bass section havin loads of fun tell i got a text from my friend code blue around 3 sayin she couldnt get in and was hanging in the parking structure off the freeway, i felt bad and went to keep her company,we chated for a bit then slept until 5 when all of my friends left and made it back to the car.

we left and headed to an after party at the bonaventure hotel, it was kinda lame because it was just to many people behind the show talking about business and stuff. so we left and headed back to corona to drop off pins and chrissy. after we dropped them off it was just me and code blue and we decided we didnt party enough so we headed to the LA valley to my friend DP's place, we chilled out and such, then i woke up 6am the next morning freaking cause i accidently fell asleep and have work at 9am, somhow i made it from LA to SD before 9. but that was my experiance, made lots of new friends had a blast!

Great ass time... though I didn't get to see Captain Obvious there.

All I have to say is PVD..holy shiite, ya its 7 months later but i'll never forget that set..PLUR
